About the consultation

When to choose video consultation?

If you prefer to speak directly with the dermatologist, discuss history in detail or obtain a second opinion, video consultation is the right option. It is subject to the doctor’s diary availability.

No apps, no waiting rooms

Choose your dermatologist, view real-time availability and book a time that suits you. Receive email reminders with a secure link to the virtual room. At the appointed time, open the link on phone, tablet or computer — no apps to install, no accounts to create, no time wasted. The consultation starts exactly on time, and the preparation you did beforehand reaches the dermatologist so every minute counts.

When the consultation ends, care continues

After the consultation, you receive a full medical report by email with diagnosis and personalised treatment plan. In the following days you can still ask questions to the same dermatologist through the patient area, at no extra cost. Reports, messages and history are stored securely, always available when you need them.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about online dermatology consultations

Complete a medical questionnaire and send 3 photos of your skin concern. A dermatologist reviews your case and sends a detailed clinical report within the timeframe of the plan you choose. If clinically justified, the report includes an electronic prescription.

For most skin concerns, assessment via photographs and a clinical questionnaire allows the dermatologist to define a treatment plan. Some situations, such as assessing moles (nevi), may require in-person observation or further tests such as dermoscopy. In that case, the dermatologist will state this in the report and recommend an in-person consultation.

Online dermatology consultations start at 60€. This includes assessment by a dermatologist, the medical report and a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Yes. When the dermatologist issues a prescription, it is an electronic prescription through Portugal’s national Receita Sem Papel system, accepted at any pharmacy in Portugal.
