Alopecia and hair concerns in men and women — assessed by dermatologists, with no need to travel.

Losing some hair every day is normal. But when shedding becomes intense, prolonged or localised, it may indicate conditions such as androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium or inflammatory alopecias — and early diagnosis makes a difference.
Progressive thinning on the crown or hairline, diffuse shedding after stress, childbirth or illness, well-defined bald patches, or scaling and inflammation of the scalp.
With scalp photographs and your history, the dermatologist identifies the pattern of loss, establishes a diagnosis and defines a treatment plan — the earlier, the better the results.
Both start with a clinical questionnaire and 3 photographs, without waiting months for an appointment. What differs is how the dermatologist responds.

Everything you need to know about online dermatology consultations
Complete a medical questionnaire and send 3 photos of your skin concern. A dermatologist reviews your case and sends a detailed clinical report within the timeframe of the plan you choose. If clinically justified, the report includes an electronic prescription.
For most skin concerns, assessment via photographs and a clinical questionnaire allows the dermatologist to define a treatment plan. Some situations, such as assessing moles (nevi), may require in-person observation or further tests such as dermoscopy. In that case, the dermatologist will state this in the report and recommend an in-person consultation.
Online dermatology consultations start at 60€. This includes assessment by a dermatologist, the medical report and a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
