Do you have insurance or a health plan?
We issue an invoice-receipt you can submit to ADSE, Multicare, Médis, Advancecare and other insurers for reimbursement. If you have a Medicare, ACP, AgilCare, Sorriso Mais or Misericórdias Saúde plan, the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Consultations start at 60€ (Essential plan, response within 5 working days). If you need a faster response, there is the Priority plan (75€, response within 24h) and the Urgent plan (100€, response within 6h, including weekends). All include assessment by a dermatologist, clinical report and treatment plan.
We accept credit and debit cards and MB WAY. Payment is a one-off charge when you submit the consultation, processed with Easypay encryption.
If the dermatologist cannot provide suitable clinical guidance via photo consultation, we refund 100% of what you paid. Our guarantee — you get answers, or your money back.
Yes. We issue an invoice-receipt you can submit to your insurer (ADSE, Multicare, Médis, Advancecare, among others). The amount reimbursed depends on your plan — it can be up to 80% of the consultation fee.
