MyDermaCare is registered with the Entidade Reguladora da Saúde (ERS) under number 176224; the Clinical Director is Dr Filipe Carvalho (professional licence number 55769). You should therefore review them whenever you visit this website; continued access and use represent acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. QHealth Lda. reserves the right to use personal data entered on this website to contact users directly and send communications related to services provided, including information on new services, clinical updates, educational content and MyDermaCare promotional campaigns. 3. Our services

MyDermaCare offers an online dermatology consultation service allowing users to submit information and images of dermatological conditions, which are assessed by dermatologists registered with the Ordem dos Médicos in Portugal and the relevant specialty college. The service includes: • Diagnostic assessment based on images and information provided through the clinical questionnaire; • Clinical recommendations that may include guidance on in-person consultations or additional treatment; • Treatment plan and possible electronic prescriptions when appropriate to the case. Each submitted consultation corresponds to an autonomous medical act, with issuance of a clinical report and mandatory recording in the patient record. Note: This service is complementary and does not replace in-person medical consultations. In emergencies or sudden deterioration, the user should call 112 or attend an emergency service.

4. Access to the service

To use MyDermaCare services, the user must: • Be over 18 or, for minors, have authorisation from legal representatives; • Ensure information provided during the process is complete, truthful and up to date; • Have access to a device with a camera and an internet connection; • Ensure conditions to provide 3 quality photographs allowing the dermatologist to assess the condition in question. MyDermaCare is not responsible if these conditions are not met by the user; as a rule, there is no refund if photographs are not of sufficient quality.

5. Payment and refund policy

The online dermatology consultation service requires advance payment of the amount specified at purchase. After payment, a confirmation email is sent. Online dermatology consultations are services that begin immediately after purchase, as they include administrative actions and preliminary analysis of information submitted by the user. By purchasing this service, the user confirms waiving the right to withdraw from the contract, except where failure to provide the service is proven to be attributable to MyDermaCare. As a rule, dermatological assessments are completed within a maximum of 5 (five) working days. This is an estimate and may be exceeded during busy periods, which alone does not justify refund requests. There are no refunds for services provided by MyDermaCare, except in specific cases of non-performance due to failures attributable to the platform. Any therapeutic adjustment (changing medication, doses or introducing new treatment) constitutes a new medical act and requires a new follow-up consultation, subject to the corresponding fee.

6. Limitation of liability

QHealth Lda. is not liable for: • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by users; • Inadequate interpretation of clinical recommendations; • Technical problems or communication failures preventing completion of the assessment.

7. Data protection

MyDermaCare adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring users’ personal data are processed securely and confidentially. Images, reports and submitted information form part of the clinical record and are archived in accordance with DGS and Ordem dos Médicos guidance.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images and logos, is owned by QHealth Lda. or duly licensed. Reproduction of any content without prior authorisation is prohibited.

9. Questions and opening hours

All contact must be made exclusively to info(at)mydermacare.pt. Questions will not be answered through other channels (including social media). MyDermaCare commits to responding to messages within a reasonable time, not exceeding 5 working days, except in duly justified exceptional situations. For email and platform message responses, customer service operates on working days Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Continental Portugal time). The platform does not replace emergency services. In serious or sudden clinical situations, users should call 112 immediately.
