You answer a short clinical questionnaire (5 min) and send 3 photographs of the affected area. A dermatologist registered with the Portuguese Medical Association reviews your case and emails a report with a diagnosis or clinical hypotheses and a personalised treatment plan.

If you have warning signs — active bleeding, a wound that has not healed for more than 3 weeks, or a mole changing very quickly — seek urgent in-person care.
