Which consultation is right for me?

Both start with a clinical questionnaire and 3 photographs, without waiting months for an appointment. What differs is how the dermatologist responds.

When you cannot wait or fix a time

Flexible consultation

In writing, no appointment

Choose this if…

  • you cannot guarantee you will be free at a set time;
  • you want to submit your case today, even at night;
  • you prefer to explain your case in writing, at your pace, rather than on a call.

If photographs lack detail, the dermatologist will request another via patient-area messages before responding.

When you want to see and hear the doctor

Booked consultation

By video, on the day and time you choose

Choose this if…

  • you want to ask questions and hear answers in real time;
  • you trust a treatment more when you see and hear the doctor who recommends it;
  • you prefer to decide treatment in conversation, not by reading a report.

What it adds is live time: the dermatologist reviews your photographs before the call, so the consultation is for your questions. Afterwards you receive the same written report as the Flexible consultation.

Questions about the online skin consultation

Common questions about online dermatology consultations.

It is a dermatology consultation carried out online by a dermatologist. You send 3 photographs of the affected area and complete a clinical questionnaire. The dermatologist reviews the case and sends a report with diagnosis (or clinical hypotheses) and a personalised treatment plan.

For most skin, hair and nail concerns, assessment via photographs and a clinical questionnaire allows the dermatologist to define a treatment plan. Some situations, such as suspicious moles, may require in-person observation or further tests. If so, the dermatologist will state this in the report.

It depends on the plan you choose: up to 5 working days on the Essential plan (60€), 48 working hours on the Priority plan (75€), or 24h — including weekends — on the Urgent plan (100€).

The report is sent by email, with diagnosis or clinical hypotheses, treatment plan and recommendations. You can view it whenever you need and post-consultation follow-up is included to clarify questions.

Yes. If the dermatologist considers it clinically justified in your case, an electronic prescription may be issued with the report. The decision to prescribe is solely the doctor’s and depends on clinical assessment.

If you have warning signs — active bleeding, a wound that has not healed for more than 3 weeks, or a very rapid change in a mole — seek urgent in-person care.

We accept credit and debit cards and MB WAY. Payment is a one-off charge when you submit the consultation.
